FIRE PROTECTION EQUIPMENT

Armidale Fire & Safety provide a scheduled maintenance program for all Portable Fire Equipment including Fire Extinguishers, Fire Hose Reels, Lay Flat Hose and Fire Blankets.

This service is carried out in accordance with current Australian Standards and is designed for the regular preventative maintenance of all equipment. Australian Standards and Building Codes ensure that a clients premise has adequate levels of fire protection, service technicians at Armidale Fire & Safety ensure our clients comply with these requirements.

At the completion of each service clients are informed of any non compliance in a comprehensive service report, which also outlines equipment serviced and any action required.

To ensure an adequate level of protection is maintained when equipment is removed for recharge or testing, Armidale Fire & Safety maintain a large bank of loan equipment.

Armidale Fire & Safety provide a cost effective recharge and test service for Portable Fire Equipment, including a free pickup and delivery service.
Armidale Fire & Safety also provides maintenance services for exit & emergency lighting systems. In accordance with Australian Standards 2293.2 emergency lighting systems are required to be certified periodically by conducting a 90 minute battery power down (discharge) test. This test certifies that all the exit & emergency lights are functional and batteries sustain their charge for 90 minutes during a power black out or building fire. We offer a full backup service where the light fittings can be tested, maintained and repaired in the field.

Forget Attendance Fees and other charges just for having your business, at Armidale Fire & Safety we only charge you for the work we do. In addition to this Armidale Fire & Safety will provide your Annual Fire Safety Statement to NSW Fire Brigades, Council and your premises annually for no additional fee.
As well as this we also service Ansul suppression units and vehicle NAFF suppression Units.
